Cleve Witham - Owner

Born and raised in Montana, Cleve has been an avid horseman all of his life. He has always felt an appreciation for quality tack that has both function and style. Consequently, after college he founded High Country Halters. His mission... to produce quality tack for horsemen who know the difference.

Anna Marie Witham - Owner

Anna Marie grew up on a ranch near the Rocky Mountain Front in North Central Montana. She has been a vital part of our business from the beginning. Will Graveley

Will, a Montana native lives near Avon, MT along with his wife Erin and three youngin’s. Will balances his time between helping manage the family ranch and building tack for High Country Halters

Matt, after graduating from Montana State University, cowboyed for several years prior to returning to the family ranch. Matt, like his brother Will, is an accomplished horseman and expert halter tier.
